Manifesting my Dreams for 2020

On Valknut, the Mind & Pathworking

Back in junior highschool,
I studied #ancient greek for 2 years.
While I don’t remember much,
I can recall that the Greek valued
Physical #strength as well as
Things of the #mind.
Throughout all these years,
A sentence has stuck with me,
A simple play on words:
Which roughly translates to
‘A healthy mind in a healthy body’. I’d like to take things further
And say ‘a strong mind in a strong body’
Because the same #discipline that
Gets things done
And allows you to move mountains
Emanates from the mind.
This is all interconnected
And what I see in the #valknut.
Lots have been said but
No one knows for sure
What it means.
Maybe it’s meant to remain
I do like the connection with the mind
As I’ve been doing #pathwork
With the Runes for years.
Mind, body, and spirit are interconnected
(The 3 triangles of the Valknut). The first one has a rippling effect
On the two others,
Then new #insight emerges.
It’s a feedback loop…

Entering the Runic Month of Algiz

algiz crystal antler

Today we are entering the Runic Month of Algiz.
Perthro allowed chances and opportunities for exploration & possibilities under the law of Free Will (and the good will of the Norns). Now Algiz calls for wise choices to be made under the guidance & tutelage of Higher Consciousness, clearing the path with a healthy amount of Asgardian protection.
So that one can find his/her way forward and stay the course.

On Runic Yoga/Qigong

Adding Stadhagaldr aka Runic Yoga (static poses) or Runic Qigong (movement) to your daily spiritual practice and/or workout can help strengthen your connection to the Runes (I especially like it for pathworking and energy work – I do use the Runic mudras/hand gestures as well).

Basic Stadhagaldr postures can be found all over the Internet, books and even YouTube (Elder Futhark and Futhorc). But you can also develop your own as long as the energy feels right.

If like me, you follow the Runic calendar (the current month is Hagalaz – each Runic month lasts about 2 weeks) it can help deepen your connection and work with a specific Rune & gain new insight. You can also choose to do the whole sequence of 24 Runes. Whatever works best for you is the right way…

First Quarter of the Moon Runecast (Mannaz/April 2018)

FQ Moon Runecast Apr23 2018

Decks used: the Runic Magic Cards, the Moon Deck & the Slow Holler Tarot

Continuing on the path of manifestation of your heart’s desire & grand vision, the First Quarter of the Moon is taking your dream to awareness, from the unconscious to the conscious mind. Now things are starting to take form, and challenges & unforeseen things might arise but don’t worry: this is as much part of refining your vision as it is to really get you committed to it. Time to start walking the talk…If you haven’t done so already!

Reiterate your wishes: vocalize them, re-visualize them, re-imagine them and let all these thoughts vibrate within your core. Does that feel real and tangible? Then keep going, you’re already halfway through. Look at the current Moon phase: there is a perfect balance between yin & yang. Just as you should find balance within yourself: your thoughts & actions, your ‘dreamtime’ and your active time, your positive mindset & dealing with the inner critic (the trickster who likes to sabotage everything). The challenges you might encounter are also part of finding that equilibrium.

The Moon is in Leo, which will give you a little boost of confidence and extra fuel to feed your passion. Yes, things can actually happen for real! Challenges don’t have to be viewed as negative things when they dealt with creative solutions (which can actually be beneficial). At this point in Lunar time, the sky is the limit! Literally…

We are still in the Runic month of Mannaz (this weekend we will be entering Laguz, and things will probably feel a little different) which supports your highest purpose as it benefits the whole community, and fulfills your Wyrd at the same time. The presence of the Rune Algiz in this reading is highly beneficial: you are guided & protected in your endeavor. Problems won’t be pitfalls! Algiz has its arms extended to the Heavens, drawing down inspiration, blessings & protection. Sounds good to me!

The Ace of Vessels takes things one step further: it indicates deeply felt creativity & intuition. “The Ace conjures the full richness of our internal world, the innermost depths of our heart of hearts in which we can be fully ourselves” (Slow Holler).

What this all means is that you already have everything you need inside & outside, as the Universe is supporting you & your vision, as well as giving you the means to make things happen. Plus, you are protected. What else can you ask for?

So keep working, keep dreaming & keep visualizing. Behind the scene, things are slowly materializing from etheric pixie dust to tangible matter. So be patient & be good to yourself.

Now keep in mind that this is a general trend. If you are interested in a private reading instead (in person, via email or via Skype), feel free to drop me an email at deerzenseer@gmail.comI will be listing Divination Readings on my Etsy Shop within the next few days, including a personalized Moon & Rune Reading.

On Sunday, I will be hosting a Full Moon Rune Gathering, at sunset. Head over to if you wish to join us…

Mastering Wunjo in Midgard

I think this method is a great tool because ultimately it’ll bring mastery in Midgard – which is our physical realm. I plan to use it in conjunction with shamanic & oracular work.

I will not discuss here the meanings of each Rune because this type of information can already be found everywhere all over the internet (and there are also countless books written on the topic). But I’m all about inner work & inner alchemy, and anybody who’s been using the Runes for some time knows that their interpretation becomes more personal with practice.

However, I will help with the correspondences between each of the 9 worlds and our inner realms. The author’s own interpretation is very helpful but I don’t always agree with him on the meanings (as I said earlier, interpretation is personal):

Please keep in mind that this is a 2D representation of the Multiverse

  1. Midgard (in the Middle) represents the Physical Reality, the Earthly Plane {WUNJO}
  2. Vanaheim (in the North-West) represents the Realm where things take form, the Manifestation from the Etheric planes to the Earthly plane {PERTHRO}
  3. Asgard (in the North) represents the Moral Ground, one’s Ethics & Values – including one’s spiritual values {KENNAZ}
  4. LjosAlfheim (in the North-East) represents Social Interactions & Behaviors {INGUZ}
  5. Muspelheim (in the East) represents the Realm of Imagination & Possibilities, the Mind’s Potential, the Creative Unconscious {OTHILA}
  6. Niflheim (in the South-East) represents the Realm of the Ancestors, Dreams, Intuition & Primal Consciousness {BERKANA}
  7. Helheim (in the South) represents Death & Greater Consciousness {URUZ}
  8. SvartAlfheim (in the South-West) represents the Realm of Realm of Mystery, of one’s Shadow Side, Choices, Dark Potential & Dark Enchantments {NAUTHIZ}
  9. Jotunheim (in the West) represents the Realm of the Future/the Possible Outcome, the Consequences of our Planned & Unplanned Actions {SOWELO}
