I’m pleased to announce the creation of my new #taoruna#meetup group to my friends in #bothell, #seattle and the neighboring towns. TaoRuna stands for the Way of the Runes, as the focus will be on #energy, #intuition and #contemplation through the practice of Northern #qigong (my personal take on #stadhagaldr aka Viking Yoga) and Runic #meditation (which I cover in part in my writings) following the Runic Calendar, as always. It’s a deeply #healing practice that allows you to reconnect with the many aspects of the self, with the #ancestors and with the folks of the Nine Worlds. I will list the upcoming sessions (April to June for now) within the next few days. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
For this New Moon in Sowelu, I guide you through a Movement Meditation with a strong emphasis on Creative Visualisation. Sowelu is a very solar Rune and working with it can help recharge us energetically during this transition from Winter to Spring. I also briefly discuss pathworking and healing work by comparing Sowelu to the Runes Teiwaz and Jera, which I talked about in previous episodes.
The 4th issue of the #newsletter Has been sent out to subscribers (Check your emails, guys). This time, we are exploring #muspelheim And pondering on the multifaceted #fire element. And of course, I break down The #fire code for you, runically speaking. If you wish to subscribe to the Newsletter, The link is below.
Following the Runic Calendar, this Guided Meditation is Active & Experiential (unlike Traditional Meditation). Algiz is the Rune of Guidance & Protection, which are the aspects focused on here. Since this Meditation is pre-recorded, and therefore not interactive, I invite my Listeners to play & pause this Recording a few times or as necessary.
As we continue our journey to master the Rune Isa, we find ourselves in Asgardencountering the Rune Hagalaz.
This is the continuity of the work started in Vanaheim with the Rune Teiwaz/Tyr.
Here Hagalaz demands a serious reassessment of your belief system and your moral values. A purification of sorts and a rebirth as the true you (re) emerges.
I have prepared a shamanic journey / guided meditation with Hela regarding this aspect of the mastery of Isa as part of the ISA chapter of my runic curriculum (which should be available around mid-December)…
‘The deeply transformative experience of Hagalaz that shook us to our core in order to reveal our strong foundations was followed by Nauthiz with which we learned to overcome our fears and tap into hidden resources and abilities we weren’t aware we possessed.
Now we need to master the 3rd of the rough Runes: Isa.
As much as we learned from the previous 2 Runes, there are still things that we need to incorporate and digest before we can move on with the rune Jera(the next Runic month).
Isa, the ice is about patience and full awareness of the self…Here we are focusing on the Teiwaz aspect in Vanaheim, which is an open invitation to rise above the mundane and elevate oneself energetically, mentally & spiritually (among other things). ‘
I’ll be discussing Isa more in-depth and how to master it in balance and harmony with the 8 other worlds in the ISA chapter of my Runic Curriculum(which should be available around December 15th). I will also include a Teiwaz-specific guided meditation / shamanic journey to help you incorporate that aspect in your mastery of the Rune Isa.
Happy Nauthiz Full Moon folks!
I know we’re all going through rough times so hang in there, stay alive & thrive (even against the odds)… That is my wish for you.
I’m still finishing tomorrow’s Full Moon Rune Meditation. I hope to bring some of the Niflheim Tea I’m working on even if it’s not the exact formulation I want (I have to sub and adjust a couple ingredients but the result should be pretty close). Blessings.
In order to reach out more people (especially folks outside of California), I’m hoping to set up an online monthly interactive Full Moon Rune Meditation. It’ll be based on my current meditations but taken a bit further with my personal experience in Runic Healing and the unorthodox Runic Curriculum I’m developing.
I’m hoping to set things up by January with a required RSVP because I’d like to keep the group of participants relatively small.
Two weeks prior to the event, I plan to email the attendees a specific & exclusive Rune Tea recipe to prepare ahead of time for the day of the meditation in order to attune the whole body with the energy of the Rune and to take the journey inwards deeper & further.
I’m pretty excited about this project but I have a lot of groundwork to lay ahead first…
