The first day of the new year is the perfect day to set intentions, make decisions and act upon them. These new year resolutions are not to be taken lightly as their main goal is to trigger changes. And changes require commitment.
These changes can be something small (and fairly easy to implement) or something more drastic, especially if you like challenging yourself.
Whatever decision you are making on this day needs to come from the conscious mind in alignment with the heart: it needs to actually mean something to you otherwise there is no point in committing to it…And consequently the expected change/result won’t be happening.
What the mind can conceive can become manifest in the physical world with some dedication.
